My first appointment with this provider went fine, she was nice and supportive of the choices i was making. However, the more I saw her at future appointments, the professionalism, empathy, thoroughness, and trust severely diminished. There is a reason why she always has appointments available. I am disappointed.
Dismissive and lacking compassion I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience with this OB. When I told her I believed I had a yeast infection, she didn’t take me seriously and dismissed my concerns. I also have an ovarian cyst, which she brushed off as something “all women get” and refused to even examine further. She truly is the best medical care provider that I’ve ever had an experience with. She listens to you, gets to know you, and really does have your best interests in mind. Cannot recommend her enough!
First appt my test results were inadequate sample, so had to make a return visit. Second appt prescribed meds and had to follow up why they haven't been called in yet. Two days later still no prescription or answer to why they haven't been sent to the pharmacy.
The receptionist is sooo rude I don’t understand what he the problem like she doesn’t like her job people don’t wanna call and be greeted by a rude person that’s unacceptable.
