I’m usually not the one to leave reviews, but by far the worst experience renting I’ve ever had. Any time you had an issue, she would send guys that looked so unprofessional, & fix the issue so poorly. I tried to address a mold issue in our basement, & instead of taking our issue seriously, she sent one of her “guys” with a home mold killer from Homedepot & sprayed the basement walls, & claimed we were all good to go. We had Kristen Dack manage 3 of are properties. We ended up getting certified letters from tenants before we knew there was a problem. After we got a new property manager there were thousands and thousands of dollars that we had to spend because there was no communication between the tenants and dack realty and there was very little with us. Took weeks if not months to get a response from her.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They’re liars and they cheat the system. They’ll put a sign up saying “for sale”. Pretend they just bought it, so they can act like they don’t know about any repairs that need done. Then they’ll say they don’t manage the property and try to refer you to “someone else”… which VOIDS the original contract. No worries for them since they have the courts in their pocket 😂 absolutely horrible and the worst rental experience I’ve ever had, hands down. I wish I had seen some of these other reviews.
