This "agent", and I use the term loosely represented our buyer, a friend. She was rude to our agent. Kept tabs on when we arrived after home inspection, was caught in a lie about mechanical work done on the house we were selling in a recorded conversation with our local heating and cooling contractor. I have never met Kristin in person since she and the property I wanted to sell were four hours away from me. She is awesome! She communicated well: if I contacted he,r she quickly got back to me.; she was consistently clear and straightforward; she kept me up to date on all activity. Most importantly, she is highly effective. She had the property sold in no time for the price I wanted.
