AWFUL office staff. We had an appointment at 8:30am today. We were instructed to arrive 15 mins prior, we did that. My son had a cough but no other symptoms. They told me that they would have to check Dr. Constantine to make sure he could still be seen. ONE hour of waiting and they told me that they had to reschedule due to his cough. It does not take 1 hour to communicate to the provider whether my son can be seen or not. Absolutely waste of time and money.

Avoid this office if you can!! I’m sure Dr Constantine is a perfectly suitable doctor but actually getting an appointment/scheduling surgery/pre-authorizing with insurance are apparently beyond this office’s capabilities… I got my sinus CT in early March, I was never contacted for a follow-up so a few weeks later I made an appointment myself and had to wait til mid-April, from there I was supposed to get a surgery scheduled but the order was never submitted. Appears to be quite incompetent. Can’t respond to messages, staff can’t return phone calls & been waiting a week for a prescription(s) to be sent to my pharmacy.
