Did this radiologist seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Does this radiologist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this radiologist thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? She made sure that her qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
