Everyone at this office is very nice and helpful. You don’t feel rushed or like just a number. The staff take the time to listen to what you have to say and ask your input. The doctor is kind, professional and honestly wants to help her patients. Highly recommend this practice.
Her staff have a lack of communication, also very evident that staff does not care about patient care. Very unprofessional staff. Dr K. Buterbaugh knows what she is doing, has done 2 different surgeries on me. I made her aware of issues I have encountered with her staff, I’m guessing it has got even worse. Due to the fact a staff member called to cancel my scheduled follow up appointment due to Emergency surgery, I called very next day to reschedule, on hold forever so left a message, now a week later no call back I’ve tried... read more
Dr Butterbaugh was patient, educating, explaining and answering all my questions, putting me at ease. She explained all of my options, and was willing to go a very conservative route at first which I really appreciated.
