Performed carpal tunnel release surgery and refused to prescribe pain medications because ive had allergic reactions to only vicodin and percocet. I cannot take nsaids due to GI issues which she was aware of, so I went an entire week without pain meds after surgery. I did return to have a cyst removed from my nail bed against better judgement hoping Id have a better experience but it was way worse. Her staff have a lack of communication, also very evident that staff does not care about patient care. Very unprofessional staff. Dr K. Buterbaugh knows what she is doing, has done 2 different surgeries on me. I made her aware of issues I have encountered with her staff, I’m guessing it has got even worse. Due to the fact a staff member called to cancel my scheduled follow up appointment due to Emergency surgery, I called very next day to reschedule, on hold forever so left a message, now a week later no call back I’ve tried... read more
