I'm going to make a suggestion to everyone who has Allstate insurance, being a loyal 25 year plus customer means absolutely NOTHING. Long story short, General insurance was the guys insurance that hit us totaling our truck. He didn't have enough liability coverage to cover damages to our truck to make us whole. So general said we had to go through our insurance then our insurance would get their money from them. The staff is amazing! Customer service goes above and beyond !
Kristin & her staff has been nothing short of amazing. They are efficient, reliable, trustworthy and provide quick turn around. They even stayed late to get us everything we needed for our homeowners quote when we called with minutes to spare. I couldn't recommend a better insurance company especially a better team then them. Let's not forget how much they pour into our youth, community and support to other small businesses.
Kristin is the best in the business. Her entire staff is a delight to work with and so so knowledgeable. We are so thankful to have found her.

I had difficulty with Allstate corporate starting a policy that I never signed up for. Bishop was not helpful just sending me back to deal with corporate. I am still getting bills for a policy I never asked for a month after it was supposedly "terminated." How you terminate a policy I never signed for I don't know, just don't call asking for a quote because they will start a policy on you whether or not you want it.
