Kristin did an outstanding job for me in finding a home that was perfectly suited for my needs. She kept me posted throughout the procedure and is following up now that the closing has happened. You could not find a more caring person if you are looking to buy a home. Now it’s 3 years later and Kristin did another outstanding job in advising and hot sell my old condominium. She was available whenever I needed help. A+++ service.

Kristin was wonderful to work with and was on top of her game when we were looking to move back to Ohio from out of state. She was attentive to our list of things that we desired in a house and gave really practical advice about what we could expect to find in the market and at what price point. She is easy to speak with and has a great personality that makes you trust her while she helps you make sure a big decision. Her help was greatly appreciated.

Kristin is hands down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with! She is professional, knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with. Every time I needed a contractor, she had an amazing referral! She listened to all of my questions and responded thoughtfully. I have and will recommend her to all of my friends and family. I was introduced to Kristin Baum through a family friend. I immediately knew that I wanted to work with her in finding my first home. As my mother had recently passed; Kristin was compassionate, understanding and incredibly supportive as we moved through the process. Kristin, as well as everyone we’ve met at Engel and Völkers have been true professionals.
