I wish I had the mental energy to make this review 11 days ago, as my surgery was July 20th. I cannot recommend this facility more and would love to give it 10 stars. I had a scheduled hysterectomy with Dr. Kristen Algoe and she and all of the Cortland Medical Center staff went above and beyond to make sure my surgery day was met with ease and the most compassionate care. I see Dr.Algoe she is the most amazing person I think I have ever met. I love how she takes your concerns and listens to them and then helps you figure it out without judgement. Everyone that works in this facility with her are so so nice. Thank you team for being so kind. You all deserve 10 stars.
I cannot recommend Dr. Algoe enough! Finding a gynecologist who is both exceptionally skilled and truly compassionate is rare. From my first appointment, she made me feel comfortable, respected, and completely at ease.
