She and her staff were very thorough and made sure that I understood the cataract procedure that I was going to have done. She answered my questions in a language that I can understand without a lot of technical terms. Excellent care and customer consideration would highly recommend.
My mom had a cornea transplant scheduled for TODAY, we make it to the surgery center and they say because they didn’t receive verbal confirmation from my mother, they couldn’t do the surgery today. Even though someone called her YESTERDAY to ask her about what medications she takes. Why wouldn’t someone have asked her about it yesterday. They also never explained to her that she would be dealing with two separate offices. My mom is 67 years old and clearly cannot see, hence why we were trying to get the surgery.
