Dr. Neff and the surgery scheduler were very pleasant until I discovered the implant after cataract surgery, didn’t improve my vision, made it worse. I called to complain about by vision and was given the brush off until I shared what was going on and I was going to write about my experience. The ophthalmologist pointed out the problems with the lens implant. Dr. Neff called after she received the detailed email from me and shared the ophthalmologist, didn’t think I was upset? I was not going to repeat the surgery.
Excellent all around. She did my cataract surgery and the process and outcome were perfect. It just cannot get any better.
