Honestly, if there were more than 5 stars, we would have rated Kristian higher. Kristian was recommended to us by a good friend, who had a very positive experience. His knowledge of how to prepare our home to sell, along with the work he and his team put into marketing really makes a difference and gets results. Kristian was awesome!! My husband and I used a VA loan ,which tends to have more complexity in process for sellers. I thought we would be looking forever due to us using a VA loan. But it was only the second house that we put an offer on and it had over 25 offers. Kristian was creative and very strategic with assisting us in making a strong offer. Thank God, due to his creativity the sellers accepted our offer and we are now homeowners in a home and location that we love!

Kristian and his team were amazing to work with. Through their guidance and expertise, we were able to get lots of showing requests within hours of going live on the market. The photography and 3D virtual home tour really showed how beautiful our home was and attracted a lot of potential buyers. Within 3 days we had close to 20 showings and our house under contract. Somewhere within the definition of excellence, I expect to see Kristian’s name. During the process of selling our investment property Kristian was there every step of the way. Kristian consulted us on last minute updates to the property, helped create a sales price for optimal position in the market and went through the contract with a fine tooth comb.
