Kristi is thorough ,however her staff Leaves a lot to be desired. I had an appointment and they called the day before and said I cancelled..I did not so they gave me a new appointment time. I showed up at the original time shown on my appointment card.. the answer this time was they failed to put in the system. I could take the new time, but they would not honor my original appointment. I will be going to a new dermatologist that knows what they are doing.
Kristi goes above and beyond. She took more time with me than what I had expected. Every question was answered. Her staff was wonderful as well.
Kristi has solved an ongoing skin issue that I have been struggling with for over a year! What stumped many other doctors, she solved at one visit. She is so thourough and makes sure you fully understand diagnosis and treatment.
