Took my husband in after a fall for an xray. Everyone was so helpful and quick with treatment and attention. Kristi assessed the situation and referred us to the SSM Emergency on Western and they have been equally professional and proficient. Thank you all for your help today.

I love this SSM Urgent Care! It is less busy which means less likely to be exposed to people that have contagious symptoms and I have been very pleased with the PAs.
Great 1st time experience - as I am or now was a mercy patient needed a walk in for an aggravating bronchitis issue. Because I do not typically get sick since FY 2022, was told at check-in - sorry you cannot be seen it’s been over 2- years you’ll have to see our urgent care. So went Mercy Urgent care, signed in needed hardcopy of DL I only had virtual “by the way I am a practice administrator for over 20-years.” We need hard copy.
