Dr. Kristi Garrett is the Best!!! She checks everything and takes her time with you!! A very caring Doctor... I told her it must be nice to have a doctor in the family due to me thinking how my dad save a little boy life neighbor i had taken care of Thank God my dad was home from the firestation....people like Dr. Garrett and my dad is awesom and A Blessing From God!!! Wonderful Doctor!!!
Their receptionist is a joke. You'd think to be a receptionist you'd have some sort of customer service qualities. Nope. The girl was rude and short and hung up on me when I was asking something.
USMD Midlothian has been awful to schedule with since my previous female PCP left last year shortly after I had my first visit with her mid 2024. I called to get on the list with the other female PCP there but was told to call back early 2025 since I was considered an established patient already. I did so today but was told the actual doctor, Dr. Garrett will ONLY see her senior care patients now, every one else will have to see the PA.
