I really was happy to switch to Johnson dental, and it has been a good experience, but due to recent insurance changes between our insurance provider (United Concordia) and the clinic we are no longer covered in network and our coverage is 80/20% now for preventive care. The total I was billed for is nearly $200, which means annual preventive care is billed to insurance at $1000 per visit.
