Not only did she make excuse after excuse to delay a lease, but she dragged us along for almost 3 months thinking we had a certain location only to find out that once they sent the lease, it had ALL different terms that were originally already agreed on the LOI AND had been signed by the owners. What's the point of signing an LOI if then you allow your clients to change everything around and assume that the tenant would just go for it.
