Kristen agreed to a price, a task list and a date to start. 5 minutes before she was to be there, she wanted more money. When I said we might negotiate but the agreement was what we had made, she no showed and stopped communicating. I think the kids call it ghosting. So I don’t know how she cleans, but she is not reliable.
Scheduled me in very quickly and showed up on time. Kristen cleaned my house very well- she did all I asked and more. She was able to work around my kids running in and out on a busy Saturday and stayed til the job got done. Will definitely be using her again.
I called Kristen on an early Saturday morning and was in desperate need of a good cleaning. She was great with fitting me in on Sunday. She cleans very well and efficiently. Thank you Kristen. You're very sweet!
