Amazing provider- the best I’ve had
I have total confidence in Dr. Trom. She knows what she is doing and I value her opinion and advice! I travel from Marlton to see her. I would not feel comfortable finding a doctor up here!
I switched to Dr. Trom as my primary care doctor last year and am very happy with her care, and with the practice overall. She has been helpful and good at both listening and explaining. I have a lot of anxiety about medical care and Dr. Trom has been respectful and aware of this, and does her best to make me feel at ease. I highly recommend her
I choose this place just because it is closer. But it checks much less things than my previous dr. office, no ECG, no hearing test, no urine test, only blood test. You expect you pay nothing on an annual physical, NOPE! When I called them back the first time, they said they will call me back and explain it. As you can expect, no one called me. Then I got the 2nd bill and called them again, this time they said because I talked something that trigger a diagnose code so it couldn't be treated as annual physical. but couldn't te... read more
Dr Trom was highly recommended to me. I moved to Mullica Hill a few years ago. I switched primary care to Dr Trom for convenience and care. I scheduled an intital visit to meet my new primary care physician. I take only maintenance medicines provided them and was assured I would only need to make a call to the office call to continue my maintenance meds.. Not the case...endless calls between my pharmacy..Drs office and unreturned calls.. Best info came from pharmacy to call my Dr and schedule an appt. I did this and still co... read more
