I have been going to Dr. Thomsen for over 10 years and I just have to say she is a very caring, patient and knowledgeable doctor. Any question that I have or concerns, her and her medical assistance are right there with my answer in a timely fashion. I had two kids and she was there with me through my journey. I live in Phenix and I was still travel to Tempe for my doctors appointment. Front desk ladies are very pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Thomsen listened to my concerns, asked and answered questions in a patient, friendly, easy to understand manner.
I have no complaints. There was no wait time. I showed up 15 min early as suggested, checked in and roughly 6min later I was called inside to room 5. I was weight, asked a few basic updated question and shortly afterwards Dr. Thomsen entered the room. Dr Thomsen & her staff are amazing. Very professional & helpful.
Checking in online made for a smooth start to my annual wellness appointment. Parking was plentiful and front desk and lab staff were welcoming. Dr. Kristen Thomsen is always a pleasure to work with. Her expertise and thoughtful recommendations help me with anything I might need. I really appreciate that she takes the time to explain her thought process.
