In order to get a prescription a form of approval was needed to be submitted. I called to see if that could be filled out in order to get approval and was completely denied by the receptionist as well as being met with a rude attitude . I was told to message the nurse practitioner and was replied to by Kristen Snow denying me that form would be filled out. My first appointment was with Kristen Snow herself, and she was absolutely outstanding. At 24, I have encountered many subpar doctors and nurse practitioners since leaving my pediatrician, and it has been a challenging experience. I was optimistic until my second appointment when I was seen by Jennifer Bernache. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed by her treatment. Kristen Snow is the most phenomenal NP around . I found her at a time in my life when I needed to be taken care of by a caring professional and she did not disappoint. I switched my children over to her practice and have referred every friend and member of my family to her . I cannot say enough good things about her and every employee in her office . I will be a patient of hers for as long as she has a practice . Thank you Snow Family Medicine for all you do . I’d give you 10 stars if I could !!!

I'd give a one star if I could. I haven't even been seeing them a year but every time we try and get out babies to be seen were told to go to the hospital with them. Now their trying to make me pay for my kids medical records.
