Dr Kirsten Smith is very thorough, kind and actually listen to your concerns.
Dr. Smith is hands down the most kind doctor I have ever met. She listened to me and did not brush me off like Drs have in the past. She takes her time with you instead of rushing you out of the door like most doctors do. She takes the time to explain things and tries to find answers so you can feel better. Thank you Dr Smith.
Dr. Smith is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and deserves 20 stars!! It is very unfortunate that her office staff and office manager is horrible and deserve no stars. Due to the staff, I will not go there. If Dr. Smith has another location with different staff, I will gladly go there!
Dr. Smith is a phenomenal PCP. However, it unfortunate that I have to find another doctor due to her awful and unprofessional office staff ! Their follow through concerning appointments, losing paperwork etc - should have them fired!
