Dr smith appears to be a good and caring doctor but her support staff needs extensive training as they still can't get prescriptions right. A simple renewal turned into the issuance of the wrong medication, the nurse did not understand the difference in the two and argued with me about it. To this date, a needed medication has still not been resolved after 6 weeks. Sad state of affairs with our medical system

I’m very disappointed with how my recent visit was handled. I disclosed an insurance change at a prior appointment, was still seen by the doctor, and paid out of pocket for labs that were ordered. When I returned for follow-up, I was turned away at the front desk and not allowed to speak with the doctor or receive guidance on labs I paid for. The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the experience made it feel like billing mattered more than patient well-being.
