The lady is very nice always cuts my hair just right and even asks me as she goes if it's ok and we'll talk about how life is
stopped by to get my roots retouch and Vanessa end up burning of my roots she kept my hair to long in the heat.. she didn’t even advices me that my hair fell she just told me that i need to come back for some treatment and when i got home to that is when i noticed all my roots were burned of from the bleach…. i trusted her with my hair, never coming back.. i came back the next day to tell her and she was yelling at me saying that isn’t her fault that my roots were burn…🥲😭😭😭😭🤯
Do not get your hair fixed/died at this place. If you are cutting it go ahead, but do not trust these ladies with your hair, they will burn/Frye it.
On my Saturday appointment I asked for my roots to be colored to match the rest of my hair. I asked her to dry it a little to see if it matched. It looked ok but after I had left for another appointment elsewhere it looked much darker in the open sunlight. Needless to say, by that time they were closed and on Sunday as well. So I'm stuck looking a mess. No more coloring from there.
Linda was exceptionally good at what she does, as far as haircut & styling are concerned! I’ll keep coming back! Vanessa was very good & nice as well…
