I had a great experience with Kristen! After having semi permanent sewn in extensions in my hair from a salon in NY for my wedding I really was wanting a break from that level of maintenance. Kristen talked me through the whole process and made sure we were both on the same page with my hair goals. She gave me an amazing haircut and taught me how to use my products properly to keep my hair looking nice in between wash days. Kristen is super knowledgeable about all things hair and is super thorough with both her appointments as well as getting to know everything about your hair before an appointment. I received my first Brazilian blowout from her and have been super happy with the results. In addition I have applied certain techniques she taught me and already noticed a difference. She’s super easy to get in touch with about any and all hair questions you may have even after an appointment.

Kristen is amazing! Not only does she take the time to explain all the things but she truly cares. Kristen takes extra time to make sure she knows what you want and maps out a plan on how it can happen. I have learned so much! 20 out of 10 recommend.
