Kristen Neumann is attentive, interested in the patient, as well as being informative, expert, and professional. I developed a couple of rashes following surgery, which is unusual for me, and she quickly identified the probable cause and then followed up with genuine interest in my background and experiences. Most doctors and PAs are expert and professional, but PA Neumann has a rare gift of genuine concern, what I would call empathy.

Kristen Potter Newmann was fantastic and is a five star dermatology provider. She took the time to listen, and asked sincere questions to follow-up with concerns I had regarding my medical skin issues. She and her assistant (Carrie) demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and care. I strongly recommend Kristen if you are looking for a caring dermatologist.
