I have seen Dr. Panozzo for the last two years and will no longer. My last annual exam, she didn't look up from the computer more than 15sec. She did not answer question and made me feel like a burden. Her staff is rude and openly ridiculed my name. When I got an immunization, the nurse did not look at me once. She told me, Down the hall, second room. Left arm out. Didn't ask my name, DOB, ALLERGIES, did not confirm what shot she was giving. DANGEROUS PLACE. Very disappointed.
