Try to make virtual call twice missed by less than 5 minutes both times had to reschedule now they want to charge my card and not get any service. But charge not made on card that part is good but would not recommend these guys because you get about 2 seconds after call gets made and if you miss it by 2 minutes they charge a card and send you on your way not happy not going to use these guys
