I have seen a number of different providers at LVHN OBGYN and Kristen is fantastic! She approaches her patients with kindness, patience, and understanding. I had an appointment with her during my pregnancy because I was having some issues and concerns. She took my concerns seriously and did a very thorough examine and testing to ensure nothing was overlooked. She made me feel super supported and heard. Irresponsible, incompetent and quite frankly seems like she does not understand the basic science behind UTIs/kidney infections. They are refusing to extend a course of antibiotics for a patient whose UTI turned into a kidney infection. The nurse keeps talking in circles and asking the patient questions that were already answered numerous times previously, instead of attempting to treat the current newly emerged symptoms. Legal action will be taken should the patient's condition and infection worsen since the portal message ... read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had nothing but issues since going to this office. I was with Kristen Haas earlier in my pregnancy, she gave me incorrect information on the genetic testing, left me calling several different people to get the correct information. Called my labs in incorrectly so I had to have a different office fix this also. MONTHS later I’m still dealing with billing errors from her office. It has been a nightmare to say the least.
