I started working with Kristen when she was a liason between another tenant and landlord trying to find a subletter - the original application fell through but Kristen reached out to me was kind enough to put me in touch with a landlord and apartment she knew I would love, despite having no obligation to do so. It was so generous and really went above and beyond to help me find a place. Thanks Kristen!
Kristin did a great job in helping me sell my property. She was always very professional and responsive. When initially contacting her she did an excellent job laying out the process and did excellent research on the appropriate listing price. I was selling from out of state and she did a great job managing the contractors that upgraded and staged the property before selling. I received an offer prior to even officially listing and I would highly recommend her services.
