Dr. Jackson has been my endocrinologist for the past five years, and I can only say good things about her. From the very beginning, she showed interest and knowledge about the thyroid problem I had. She has always answered all my questions, whether in person or by email. She also did me the favor of writing a letter I needed for my job, including the progress of my blood test results.
I have been a Type 1 diabetic since I was 9 (over 30 years) and have never had an A1c over 7 due to proactive care that I have both taken myself as well as received by doctors. I saw Dr. Jackson over a year ago. Initially I was impressed. She took interest in me as a patient and was thorough in reviewing my prior medical records from out of state. Endocrinology is a mystery to most of us. Seniors meet it more than some lol. Dr. Jackson is analytical but capable of explanation, treatment and implications of the body's delicate hormonal balance. Great team, great allied doctors as referrals. Very reassuring.
