Dr. Herbst refused to make even 5 minutes for a paid phone or video consultation with a patient whom she was aware would have needed to travel almost 2 hours for an in-person appointment, and was on an urgent timeline with a serious leg injury making such travel difficult and painful. Dr. Herbst was recommended to me and I’m so glad she was she’s efficient, respectful, caring, and thorough. She takes her time with you and asks if you have any other questions that she didn’t go over or that pop up she said anytime I can always message her with any of my questions which I have done and I have received a very prompt response. Even my physical therapist, Dr appreciated so much of the thorough notes that she sent because he said that doesn’t usually happen. He said she must be a doctor that really cares about ... read more

Hello, Thank you for the quick service. The staff got me in right on time. I had an X-Ray and was seen right after by Dr. Herbst. All of this was done in less than 1/2 hour. Very nice!
