I brought my parents, aged 92 and 95, to see Dr. Winters for routine podiatric care as their prior podiatrist had moved on from the practice. Both my parents have refused to go back to her. She was very cold, acted like it was beneath her to provide nail care to the elderly. My Mom had a callous that she asked to be removed and she didn't remove it.
