Highly recommend Kristen if you are looking at purchasing a home! She was patient, helpful and funny through the whole process. She responds almost immediately every time. My budget was low and it took a while to find exactly what I was looking for but she was always ready to go see the next one and I am so happy with what we finally settled on!
We were the buyers for one of her listings. I highly recommend fact-checking everything in Kristen Clowry's listings. We were explicitly told multiple times that the property we purchased came with a "transferable lifetime warranty" on the metal roof, a major selling point for us. Kristen is hands down one of the BEST realtors in London, Ontario. She's funny, she's patient, and she knows the world of real estate inside and out. So if you have a question about buying a home, selling a house, or investing in a rental property she is a great resource! Definitely would recommend her to any of my friends moving to the area!
Best realtor. Puts her client first. Goes above and beyond always. I have used her for several home transactions and she has always been a huge help. From what you need to do for moving in or out to explaining lawyer and bank lingo and making it make sense. Recommends the best cleaners, movers etc. Knowledgeable and helpful.
We’ve been through many a move in different cities; renting, selling and buying with Kristen. She’s been helpful and positive, even when the market was really tough and things didn’t work in our favour. I can’t say enough positive things about her as a realtor and generally as a human being.
