Highly recommend Kristen if you are looking at purchasing a home! She was patient, helpful and funny through the whole process. She responds almost immediately every time. My budget was low and it took a while to find exactly what I was looking for but she was always ready to go see the next one and I am so happy with what we finally settled on!
We were the buyers for one of her listings. I highly recommend fact-checking everything in Kristen Clowry's listings. We were explicitly told multiple times that the property we purchased came with a "transferable lifetime warranty" on the metal roof, a major selling point for us. Unfortunately, we later discovered that this warranty didn’t exist, and we were forced to pay thousands of dollars to fix the roof, along with major structural damage that had not been disclosed. Kristen is hands down one of the BEST realtors in London, Ontario. She's funny, she's patient, and she knows the world of real estate inside and out. So if you have a question about buying a home, selling a house, or investing in a rental property she is a great resource! Definitely would recommend her to any of my friends moving to the area!
