Kristen is really good at her job and very relatable. However she has poor choice in staff. Her office manager could likely ruin her practice... I got dropped after 7 years for missing too many appointments by the new manager (even tho you pay $50 cash if you miss an appointment). And anyone that specializes in mental health knows that a sick person doesn't know from day to day if they will be able to get out of bed that day. I understand the fee, but not divorcing a patient over a piece of their illness.
