Dr Chen is very personable & friendly. She explains everything she is doing and all options to help me make an informed decision about my care. The office staff is also friendly & helpful.
the Doctor and her assistants were all clear, kind, thorough and lovely to be with. truly felt well cared for, respected, and well informed. wonderful. the facility needs a big sign that you can see From The Road in order to find it. the GPS does not take you there. I got exceptional help from a nurse named Jocelyn at 4040 or I would not have gotten to my appointment on time.
I arrived, checked in and in a few minute's got taken to the exam room. The MA came in, and in two minutes we were ready for the doctor. Right on time the doctor entered and we began the appointment. Without any disruptions we got through the exam with easy to understand information and an explanation of her plans for my future under her watch. I appreciate her and feel well taken care of.
Great care at Marin Dermatology. Great friendly administrative and medical staff. Procedure was managed well with quick and friendly care.
