My son had an appointment 8/4/22 at 2:30. We didn't get seen until 3:30. She came in unapologetic that the appt. was so late. In addition, she rushed the appt. She was supposed to explain the differences in contacts and costs. She barely explained herself. She wasn`t very knowledgeable or forth coming of the info about contacts.
