In a word: OUTSTANDING! I worked mostly with Barby and the team. All were quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile. Contract to Close 3 in weeks! Unheard of in this market. Some prior bad reviews appear to be self-employed borrowers. Personally know someone who had a similar experience. Seems there could improvement there, but be mindful that you can’t tell the IRS one thing then a mortgage company another. Kinda throws things sideways…

We reached out to her team several months ahead of the Nov 20th closing date on our new home build. We were quickly pre-qualified, then “conditionally approved” by Underwriting 16 days ahead of closing.
