Avoid this place at all costs. All I wanted was a simple simple tax return completed. A W-2, and a homeowner with no dependents. I don't think it gets any simpler than this when it comes to taxes. In fact I almost always have done them myself, except for the last few years. Long story short this year I took them to Kristels. I see Amanda in the office and she’s amazing!! I’ve been using their office for 5 years now. I have never had a problem with them. My paperwork is always accurate, the office is clean, and the pricing is great!
Kristels is great. They make everything easy. They have always accommodated me even when I'm running very close to the deadline. The appointments are quick and the staff knowledgeable. I have never had any problems with my taxes and I have been using them for about 10 years.
Good people good experience I was mixed up and went to the wrong office but they were very kind though it was the busiest day of the year
