Kristara is a sensitive massage therapist who really listens to your needs and puts a lot of heart into her sessions. She’s attentive to pressure and whatever is going on with your body at the time. I especially LOVE the hots stone work she does, I alway feel relaxed and calm after my sessions 💓

Kristara is an amazing body worker! She holds a safe, relaxing space, is attentive and clear with her clients, and gives thorough, healing bodywork. She is highly skilled and has helped me recover from shoulder and neck pain over the years. I recommend her highly! She’s also a gifted herbalist and her tinctures and medicines are top notch.

I have been seeing Kristara for close to five years now and she always knows just what to do to provide the best healing. She is intuitive, very attentive and sensitive to what your body needs, offering just the right amount of pressure as needed. I also just love the use of the hot stones that she uses as they melt all tension away. While there are many massage therapists available, she is the one I always go back to.
