I booked an appointment with Crystal Burlington Med Spa after seeing their ad on Instagram promoting a facial treatment .The offer seemed great, so I scheduled an appointment for Monday(14th of April) However, two days before my appointment, I received a message from the spa saying it was canceled due to machine malfunctions.
