Bought our first home with Terri’s assistance. A solid 3-star realtor. We did most of the work and Terri acted very unprofessional at times. Can’t recommend.
It is surprising to me to read negative reviews here. Bill and Terri have been very helpful and understanding with my family and rental home needs. I think that if you do right by your name and take responsibility and be helpful and supportive to them too in the context of a tenant to property manager relationship, you will have a great experience. Always do your part and try your best to work things out. All relationships matter. That being said, I would definitely recommend them.
