Super Happy – Went in for a massage and haircut and they were all super friendly and I will use them again, in fact I made a future appointment in 4 weeks.

Wonderful experience – I had no problem making a appointment and I LOVE my haircut ,it is the best haircut that I ever had. It was a great experience everyone is so friendly and fun I would highly recommend this salon and spa. They have gained a loyal client.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! – They absolutely NEVER answer their phone, or return messages. I left 4 messages, and tried for 3 days to make an appointment. If I did not have a gift certificate for them, there is NO WAY I would have kept trying. I never did get an appointment, so I can't tell you how good they are.

This is the WORST service I have ever seen! I received a gift certificate for this spa, however, they do not answer their phones. O.K. they are busy, but after 3 days and 4 messages I never did get a call back. Evidently they have more business than they need. If their performance is excellent.... their service is NOT... I still have not been able to get in touch with them for an appointment does one have to appear in person to schedule?
