Krista helped me prep, and sell, my condo quickly in a down market. She is a real go-getter, with good resources behind her to help when tackling the steps you don't think of...both over the phone and on the ground. Krista is AMAZING! We needed help selling a home that we had previously rented. As we had already moved, she was integral to our sale as we lived in another state. She took care of every aspect of helping prep the home for sale so that we could sell our home without worry. From her creative open houses, to taking care of everyday needs, she was there for us. She made the process understandable and kept us informed throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend her for any of real estate needs!
