Krista’s breathwork classes are always illuminating. I love her energy and the way she holds space. I’ve done many classes with her over the years and each one brings something new and meaningful. I always leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply connected. Highly recommend.
There’s too much to say, but to keep it simple I’ll say this work has opened doors inside me that were locked and boarded. I was unable to access certain parts of myself to move forward authentic and whole. I was stuck in loops I couldn’t break and beliefs I couldn’t shake. This work breaks you and shakes you, and it’s worth every tremor. Much love and reverence to Krista and the space she holds. I can’t wait to share this important work.
