I signed up for this a few months ago, it just seemed to call me to attend. I did not know that 5 weeks before this weekend my life would toss me upside down. There’s too much to say, but to keep it simple I’ll say this work has opened doors inside me that were locked and boarded. I was unable to access certain parts of myself to move forward authentic and whole. I was stuck in loops I couldn’t break and beliefs I couldn’t shake. This work breaks you and shakes you, and it’s worth every tremor. Much love and reverence to Krista and the space she holds. I can’t wait to share this important work.
