There’s too much to say, but to keep it simple I’ll say this work has opened doors inside me that were locked and boarded. I was unable to access certain parts of myself to move forward authentic and whole. I was stuck in loops I couldn’t break and beliefs I couldn’t shake. This work breaks you and shakes you, and it’s worth every tremor. Much love and reverence to Krista and the space she holds. I can’t wait to share this important work.

Wow, strong emotional releases and big shifts after the breathwork that Krista led me through. She holds space solidly to allow the participant a feeling of safety. In my case I experienced unraveling some parts that were hidden to even me until during and after the practice. The power of the breath always amazes me.
