Had a Medtronic device put in Sept 2022 for bladder leakage. At my follow up appt told Dr Reagan it didn't seem to be working. She tried different " programs" with the remote used for the device. None worked. Her tone changed and asked if I had "fallen" causing the device to no longer work. I said no. I then realized she was thinking I caused the device to be broken. Our conversation end with her leaving the room with no answers. One year later and the device is in my body yet does not work and she has yet to offer fixing it... read more
