By far the easiest sale I have been involved with. It is a very competent team lead by Krista. The setup, photos and marketing were first class. We worked on a price that made sense. There were 2 open houses and several showings, and an offer was received in one week (with a backup). Post offer went smooth. Im very happy.
Krista did a great job of representing us when we sold our home in Longmont. She priced it well. Krista was very supportive all the way through.
Krista helped us buy a house in Longmont and is a genuinely cool person. The sellers and their realtor were....challenging. Krista went to bat for us when issues popped up at the final walk through and got us through closing. She is very knowledgeable about Longmont.
Just call Krista - she will get the job done. We’ve bought and sold a few houses with Krista and she’s fabulous. Easy to work with and super knowledgeable. Total trust. Highly recommend!
Krista was SO much fun to work with while selling my old house and buying my new house. She was super professional and explained all the required documents in a way I could understand, and when it came to looking at houses, she was like a big sister pointing things out that I may not have seen on my own. As we wrapped the sale, she also helped me out tremendously to ensure a smooth transition. I would have lost my mind without her!
