I've been seeing Krista for years and she has consistently helped my mind and body adapt to a big endurance training stimulus as well as manage the stress from a demanding yet rewarding life of career, parent, athlete. She is of the highest quality.
Krista is amazing! She is kind and thoughtful and takes the time to know her clients in order to best support them as they need to feel their best through pregnancy and post partum. She also gives the most amazing deep pressure massages. Highly recommend.
