All the medical personnel were wonderful, they were caring, professional, and sincere. However, the wait time for lab results needs improving, and the visitors chairs in the lobby need replacing, in a word, they are horrible.
If you get a choice, be sure to ask for Krista Hobbs, PA. She is easy to talk with and is knowledgeable about care & procedures. I will be alternating between her & my oncologist every 6 months, although I would gladly choose her every time!
Krista is the best. She actually listens to you, and she always answers your questions. If she can't, she finds someone who can. She makes a difficult situation much easier.
