Krista is an incredible coach. She has a very grounded and sincere presence, and after experiencing her coaching both individually and in groups, I have seen her ready for and able to handle anything that comes her way with empathy, perspective, insight and deep care. She also has a sparkle and playfulness that is infectious. Highly recommend!

Her warm demeanor and specialized way of doing therapy will help you step off of the "never enough" treadmill and back into a life of balance and authenticity. She also does great work with couples and those practicing ethical non-monogamy by addressing the root causes of relationship challenges.
