As a competitive athlete I continuously depend on sports massage to maintain and enhance my ability to train and compete throughout the year. Krista has been my therapist for over 5 years! Krista is the one (and I honestly hope the only) massage therapist that I've ever formed any kind of working relationship with. I found Krista on Google when I was suffering from back pain due to sitting for long periods of time for work. Since then I have gone monthly for a massage. She is always respectful, professional, and communicative, and spends time to find out how I feel and what I need from each session.
