first of all krissy communicated very well with me while setting up the appointment and answering my questions. she was very sweet and wasn’t afraid to start a conversation and told me about her experience in learning to do nails. she explained each step to me of what she was doing. she was also very gentle. her work area was very clean and i’m am so excited to continue getting my nails done through her!❤️❤️❤️
